I found the Seeds Of Change Milk Chocolate bar at one of my local health food grocery stores. I have seen Seeds of Change chocolate in quite a few locations but until now I have not tasted them for myself. Well I decided to give the milk chocolate bar a try this week and see how it fared.

The Seeds Of Change Milk Chocolate comes in a blue cardboard envelope that boasts the organic nature of Seeds Of Change Milk Chocolate. Within the cardboard envelope are three small four square bars which are contained within a gray plastic wrapper. Upon opening the wrapper I am greeted by the sweet smell of cocoa that is not as overpowering as many mass produced milk chocolate brands on the market today.
As I take my first bite of the Seeds Of Change Milk Chocolate I fall in love with the thickness and the creamy texture of this bar. The chocolate melts around my teeth as I take a small bite and the milkiness of the chocolate makes it a particularly smooth chocolate. The Seeds Of Change Milk Chocolate does melt rather quickly so handling any piece will result in sticky fingers which is a pain but completely worth it for the flavor of this mild and milky chocolate. There is a distinct original cacao flavor to this bar, a sweetness with just a hint of bitterness that reminds you that this product actually does contain cacao and not just additives. There is a bold sweetness of cane juice and the hint of vanilla that really brings the flavors of this bar together and the final harmony caused by all of these elements is particularly impressive.
The aftertaste of the Seeds Of Change Milk Chocolate is a sweet but not too milky milk chocolate flavor that leaves the palate tasting sweet but clean.
