For today’s follower Friday I am picking @BostonFoodDiary! I picked Boston Food Diary from ABostonFoodDiary.com because there is a wealth of information over there that you never knew you wanted to know. Besides food based events you can also find a ton of delicious recipes that you have always wondered about but never dared to try. Well now you can try them along with A Boston Food Diary as they attempt to complete their 101 things list which includes cooking such impressive dishes as Baklava and Beouf Bourginon.
What do I personally love about Boston Food Diary? I love the real Julie and Julia feel about the 101 Challenge that seems already to be underway. I adore the list of food based events that are upcoming and include such things as restaurant openings, product releases and food festivals. Mostly I love the recipes, the sheer wealth of mouth watering recipes. Digging through the recipes I have to say that I was most impressed by the chocolate cupcakes with salted caramel sauce, the chocolate French toast, and the roasted vegetable stew with turkey meatballs…well they couldn’t all be chocolate based now could they, a girl has to eat real food sometimes! One more thing to check out while you’re over that way – the restaurant reviews! While nearly all of the restaurants are based in Massachusetts they’re worth taking a look over if you’re ever up that way because no one knows food better than a restaurant critic!
