Chocolate Worldwide

Follower Friday is a Meme I decided to create to elaborate on the Twitter tradition of #ff to recognize one of my wonderful Social Network followers every Friday! If you would like to participate in Follower Friday just snag the button from my sidebar and make sure to link it to En Chocolat!

This week for Follower Friday I am spotlighting @ChocoParisGuide!

For today’s follower Friday I am picking ChocoParis from ChocoParis.com! ChocoParis is a little different to many of my other chocolate loving followers because it’s a blog that serves as a map as well as a recommendation point for fantastic chocolate shops and patisseries in Paris! If you have never been to Paris don’t fret because you can still marvel at the gorgeous store fronts of all of the sweet shops of Paris through the beautiful store front photography that accompanies each store listing!

What do I love about ChocoParis? Well firstly I love the layout of ChocoParis and the ease of accessibility to all of the resources. Were I ever to find myself back in Paris I would easily be able to find a nearby chocolate shop or patisserie to gorge inside. Another of my favorite features at ChocoParis is that each listing provides the particular specialty of the shop listed. I often times have been recommended to a restaurant or cafe based solely on their Pain Au Chocolat or Specialty Hot Chocolate but a recommendation without aim is not helpful at all! Also included over at ChocoParis is a listing of chocolate walk tours that are available to chocolate loving tourists (IE: you and I) and the in demand French taught chocolate and pastry classes in Paris!

If you are looking for a chocolatier or teashop in Paris then drop by and take a look around ChocoParis! If you’re not headed over to Paris any time soon drop by anyway and marvel at those gorgeous store front pictures! Not feeling up to surfing around this Friday? Well just drop by Twitter instead and say hello!

These past few days I have been sharing with you the very first aerated chocolate in the United States : Bubble Chocolate. While Bubble Chocolate was not exactly what I expected with my preconceived notion of aerated chocolate in England and Europe there is still something particularly enjoyable in the texture of this new product.

Bubble Chocolate is currently available in dark and milk chocolate varieties and can be purchased at these retailers or can be found on the Bubble Chocolate website store.

To recap this week’s Bubble Chocolate experience:

Bubble Chocolate Milk Chocolate Bar Review
Bubble Chocolate Dark Chocolate Bar Review

Looking forward to giving Bubble Chocolate a try for yourself? Well stay tuned this weekend for the launch of a Bubble Chocolate giveaway, there will be FIVE pairs of Bubble Chocolate bars going up for grabs!

In the meantime make sure you enter the Godiva Chocolate Bliss Gift Basket Giveaway!
