My dear friend Paul is currently traveling Germany for business and when he shot this picture my way I had to share with my fellow chocophiles! Doesn’t Eilles Chocolatier look absolutely gorgeous? Even that crooked awning gives the small chocolatier character!

For today’s follower Friday I am picking Confectionery from The Confectionery ! The Confectionery is an candy store out in University Village, Seattle run by Kristi Holmes and not only do they specialize in everything candy but they also specialize in giving that old fashioned candy store feel to their store!
What else do I love about The Confectionery? I admit to being completely drawn in by the beautiful and colorful photos that Kristi regularly uploads to The Confectionery’s Facebook page particularly this picture of the front of The Confectionery…doesn’t it just scream “come in and eat until you explode?” You can also take a look inside The Confectionery even if you don’t live in Seattle by taking a look at this gorgeous picture. One of my other favorite aspects about this delightful candy boutique is that they aren’t afraid to use their candy to make a statement, their seasonal displays are always fun as well as delicious, particularly their entry in to the Peep Show contest seen here. The Confectionery doesn’t just sell your average candy either they also create fabulous Easter baskets as well as amazing wedding candy displays!
