I found the Premier Nutrition Cookies And Cream Titan Bar in my local Rite Aid drug store. To be perfectly honest it was the image on the packaging that appealed most of all, however, I will say that the name of the bar made me hesitate more than once before actually buying it. The name ‘Titan’ brings to mind huge body builders and not the slender athletic type, however, the image on the packaging won over and I picked it up.

The Premier Nutrition Cookies And Cream Titan Bar comes wrapped in a cream colored thick foil wrapper. The Titan name stands on the front of the packaging in slightly retro colors and font and boasts a whole 13g of protein as well as low sugar content. Upon opening the Premier Nutrition Cookies And Cream Titan Bar the initial scent of this bar is a light chocolate scent studded with a chocolate cookie undertone.
My first bite of the Premier Nutrition Cookies And Cream Titan Bar yields a particularly chewy mass of just about everything in this bar. The extremely chewy texture comes from the chocolate nougat in the center of the bar and it is studded with crisp chocolate cookie crumbles which coat the entire top of the bar. The vanilla yogurt which sits underneath the cookie crumbles and chocolate drizzle offers a particularly bland faux vanilla taste and I feel it takes more away from the bar than it actually adds to it. The cookie crumbles are a nice addition, however, and despite the fact that they don’t make up much mass of this bar they add a pleasant crunch as well as a nice chocolate tone to the flavor. My biggest disappointment in this bar, aside from an aching jaw because it is just that chewy, is the fact that there is much less chocolate flavor and much more bland vanilla and artificial candy taste to the finished product.
The aftertaste of the Premier Nutrition Cookies And Cream Titan Bar is a dull vanilla hum which resonates over the palate with an almost sickly flavor.

The Premier Nutrition Cookies And Cream Titan Bar is filled with just about as many artificial ingredients as you can possibly fit in to such a small bar – although that said, this particular bar is a tad larger than most nutrition bars on the market. I don’t feel that such a laundry list of ingredients is unusual in fitness products because, after all, their purpose is to bulk up or slim down and we all know that this involves streaming chemicals and artificial ingredients through our bodies. Regardless of the sarcasm, however, the flavor on this bar was a little too artificial, the layers within the bar were a fun gimmick but they just don’t make up for the milky faux vanilla flavor.
