These past few days I have been sharing with you the very first aerated chocolate in the United States : Bubble Chocolate. While Bubble Chocolate was not exactly what I expected with my preconceived notion of aerated chocolate in England and Europe there is still something particularly enjoyable in the texture of this new product.
Bubble Chocolate is currently available in dark and milk chocolate varieties and can be purchased at these retailers or can be found on the Bubble Chocolate website store.
