Reviews of chocolate here at En Chocolat are composed of various aspects which should be of interest to you as a chocolate consumer and include: cost, pairings, taste, ingredients and an overall product rating. Product ratings are based on a five cacao pod system. Ratings increase in half pod increments and take the entire chocolate experience in to account. As for me, I am just a woman who loves chocolate and has made it her mission to try chocolate from all over the world and keep track of her delicious chocolate adventures here at En Chocolat! While I have a newly discovered penchant for dark chocolate or fruit infused chocolate I am intrigued by chocolate of any type. The variety in the chocolate world still blows my mind and while I know it is virtually impossible to try, I would love to be able to say that I’ve tried chocolate from every corner of the world!
